Dance off the pounds!

Is it hard finding time to exercise with a million children running around your house? Here's an idea to help you get your 30 minutes in...

I have recently discovered what I call, THE DAILY DANCE PARTY! I find 1-5 songs that my children like and make a short 30 min play list. Then we have a major dance party every afternoon!

Yep, my kids are learning moves from the 90's and I'm getting some exercise! It may not be quite as effective as a 30min run but it's a blast!

How do you sneak in exercise?

  1. I love it, that's great. I do lunges will I vacuum and squats will I'm cleaning. If I am standing for a while I do calf raises. I also sneek in some jumping jacks if I am feeling like I need a energy boost.
