So when I first started using coupons the word "catalina" seemed strange and too hard to comprehend. After a while I got a better understanding of these and have even used a few BUT they are still a scary topic for me sometimes.
However there is help! Look at this link from "Mama Cheaps!" She talks about different stores than we have in our area but the concept is the same.
